Moody is a CPA and consulting firm specializing in accounts payable recovery auditing. We identify and recover inadvertent overpayments to, and underdeductions from, suppliers of our clients. Our clients are businesses, and their suppliers are typically businesses. We do not disclose confidential business information about our clients or their suppliers except as necessary to perform our services and as permitted by law (e.g., in response to a court subpoena). While we receive very little, if any, non-public personal information about consumers (i.e., individuals using our services primarily for personal, or household purposes), we can assure you that we do not disclose any such information to third parties except as necessary to perform our services and as permitted by law. If you object to our processing your personal information, please contact us at info@moodyinternationalllc.com. We will make efforts to respond to all such requests in a timely manner. With respect to personal information provided to us by, or on behalf of, our clients, we recommend that you contact our Client directly to inquire about access to and/or to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data. We are happy to assist you in this regard if needed.

We do not disclose any confidential information about our clients, their suppliers or any consumers to non-affiliated companies for their marketing purposes.

Information Collection

To the extent that we collect non-public personal information about our clients, their suppliers or any consumers, it is from the following sources:

• Information that our clients provide us to perform our auditing and recovery services;
• Information we receive on applications or other forms;
• Information about transactions with us, our agents or affiliates;
• Information provided to us in correspondence, such as e-mails and telephone calls; and
• Information we receive through submissions to this Web site.

Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose confidential business information or non-public personal information that we receive about our clients and former clients, their suppliers or consumers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Security of Your Information

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of the confidential business information and non-public personal information that we receive about our clients (including former clients), their suppliers or consumers. Furthermore, we restrict access to confidential business information and non-public personal information about our clients their suppliers or consumers to those persons who need to know that information to provide our services and operate our business.

Moody International adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles when handling all personal data received from any country in the European Union. You may have a right to access the personal information that we have about you. Moody International will make an effort to accommodate any reasonable requests to review any personal information we have about you.
