Our clients are businesses, and their suppliers are typically businesses. We do not disclose confidential business information about our clients or their suppliers except as necessary to perform our services and as permitted by law (e.g., in response to a court subpoena). While we receive very little, if any, non-public personal information about consumers (i.e., individuals using our services primarily for personal, or household purposes), we can assure you that we do not disclose any such information to third parties except as necessary to perform our services and as permitted by law.
